Hello friends,
I am trying to draw a chart where I need to add percentages in data labels exactly on top of data values and I also want to color the data labels based on what color it has in the data set which is based on a conditional formatting. File attached with this post. I googled for some resource and I did get some idea however, all these ideas were working if additional temporary cells/columns were added and I do not want to add anything extra because I have set a printer friendly alignment in my file which I do not want to disturb. Appreciate some help here. Thank you.
In the attached file:
There are two tables given in the file. Second table is inserted only for demo purpose It is not there in my actual file. I do not want to draw the second table.
Conditional formatting in first table is based on benchmark given in column H
Question 1
Without adding any additional table or column, the data labels percentage should show on top of the data labels in chart 1. The percentage should be calculated based on the 'Out of marks' values in row 2 without calculating the percentage in any temp cell.
Question 2
I want the data labels color to match with data set color which is based on the benchmark. If benchmark is changed, the color of data set in the table and data labels in the chart both should change automatically.
Thank you
