Transposing 2,000 lines of data within a pivot table

So I have a report that generates data like this:

ExcelForumQuestion1.PNG

Ideally, I want to change the data to look something more like this:

ExcelForumQuestion2.PNG

However, the best that I'm able to get is this pivot table:

I understand that I can use the "Transpose Data" through copy and paste, but the issue I'm having is that I have upwards of 2,000 lines of data. If I could save myself the trouble of having to do that manually, I'd love to. Please let me know if there's something I'm missing here, or if you have any advice on this. Thank you!
