Transposing large data set with formulas (or pivot if possible)

Hi Everyone,

I have a large set of data which I need to reformat from primarily a vertical to horizontal format, and cant seem to do it using a pivot table. Using the transpose button will take a very long time with the amount of data that I have. Formula suggestions would be fantastic. I have attached the file that I'm trying to convert.
