I've already refresh all at once but TODAY i can't remember how have i done it.

It depends on how the charts are made. If they are pivot table charts, Data - > Refresh All should do it.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

They're not made of pitvot tables. And with this 365 business excel version it's kinda hard to change the data.
If the charts are based on ranges of data, then they can be made dynamic by replacing the fixed range of data with a named dynamic range. Here are a couple of articles to help with that task. The first explains how to make named dynamic ranges and the second explains how to use them in charts.
