specific combined line and bar chart

Hello guys,

I would like to make a combined line and bar chart in excel 2010. It should contain two tables, which are both linked to i) a year and ii) a country. The first table should be represented by bars, the second one should be respresented by lines (one seperate line for each country), and eventually the two should be combined in one single chart. I already managed to create the bar chart, but I cant figure out how to succesfully create the line one, and how to combine those two.

I added a picture to show what I want to achieve (the line is drawn by myself).

I know how to manipulate graphs with the 'select data' option, how to change chart style of certain series, etc. Unfortunatly, I can't figure out how to create this chart. I hope someone can give my some advice. My excel file is also added as an attachement.

I would probably use a "column-scatter" combination chart for this. The hard part will be the trial and error step figuring out what values to use for the X data for the XY data series.

The same basic idea should apply, but you will need to modify the strategy for choosing the X values.
