Hello! Thanks for taking time to look. I am new to pivot tables, and need this one for work.
My compliance spreadsheet has 3 columns. A: Name, B: Date (month) and C: Y or N.
I added column D and used a formula to convert Y/N to 0/1. Then I summed the total in compliance (Y = 1 and N=0) in the pivot table.
I made a "Total Expected" column based on the spreadsheet data in column A ('name').
This works well to show raw numbers, but my employer wants to see % of compliance (Compliant / Total Expected). So, how can I take the sum and divide it by the count?
