Pivot table filter not changing data in table - Using macro

Hello all,

I have a workbook that contains about 20 pivot tables, and all but one are relatively small. I am using a macro to update the filter for "store" on each pivot table when the value is changed by a user on a dashboard sheet.

Example: storesel cell is changed from 1 to 2...the filter section on the pivot table reflects the change but the data in the table still shows store 1.

I should also mention that it sometimes works as it should on the large table and the smaller pivot tables always update correctly. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thank you all for the assistance. I'm using 2010 excel.
