Slicer cells to have color dynamically based on another field

Hi all, I am not an expert at excel.

The following attached dashboard I prepared requires a change and I need some help.

Sheet Working has the required columns used to create dashboard.

On Dashboard sheet, slicer RULE_NUM requires 2 things:

1 - Based on Priority field, the color should changed the cells of a RULE_NUM slicer by checking Priority column in Matrix sheet. Each value of rule numbers is unique in Matrix sheet with its description.

A column PRIORITY from Working sheet is also added on the dashboard with its slicer .

C - critical
H - high
M - medium
L - low

text of each cell RULE_NUM slicer should appear according to the following criteria.

Red for critical
Orange for High
Amber for Medium
Green for Low

2 - Each listed rule within the slicer should appear with a comment having its description read from Matrix sheet, Description column.

If you are trying to format the slicers themselves using those rules, it is not possible.

Try with conditional formatting.

try to upload just few data record. From original file copy to another file name & reduce data or create .zip file & upload the same.

No. They all have the same format within any slicer.
