    Pivot Format

I have a sheet that I am creating for a baseball stadium. In this sheet I have a bunch of food items, and each item has the recipe written and costed out. I want to be able to pivot all of this information with serving utensils, locations, etc...how do i set up the data to pivot out without having to copy the same item and recipe over and over again? An example is one of our hot dogs, it has 7 ingredients and is served in 7 locations. Is there a way to identify the 7 stands for pivoting purposes without having to copy the recipe 7 times?

Thanks for any feedback you can provide!

    Dustin

    Re: Pivot Format

As far as I get it (without a file): I imagine a file where the rows are listed as location-food list-recipe and colums increase by date (?). So you have all possible details for ONE location and you only have to copy when adding a LOCATION.

For more than that you have to attach a file I guess.
