Cohort Analysis help needed

Hi, Is there anyone who can help me with Cohort Analysis for the attached data to get the-
1. No. of unique shoppers every month with respect to total number of users acquired that month (for all months that data is given)
2. Commission Earned from Users Acquired from each month with respect to total number of users acquired that month (for all months that data is given)

Please give a sample of how end results would look. Need more info. However, I would summarize using pivot tables

At the moment no output is given, we have to provide the output. 1st part is somewhat understood but not able to get the 2nd part.
