I need to create a pivot table for professionals with multiple types of expiration dates

Hello,

I am looking to make a pivot table that would show the names of professionals and either the month or the quarter that their various licenses will expire. Ideally, I could filter to April 2017, and see all of the professionals with the licenses that are set to expire. The data appears as follows:

Name NYS Expiration CPR Expiration TB Test Expiration
Nurse A 1/26/09 9/17 5/17
Doc B 2/8/17 4/17 8/17
Nurse B 3/14/17 3/18 9/18
Nurse F 5/16/18 2/19 3/18

can you consider only FILTERing your data.
You have the FILTER tool in the DATA menu.
It gives you the possibility to filter any colunm and it is extremely flexible.
