Changing multiple Pivot Table's field settings at the same time

    Hello.

I would like to know if it is possible to change multiple pivot tables field settings at the same time. Got a work sheet with around 300 Pivot tables, and need to add some new data aswell as remove some old from them. Is there a way to do this to all of them at the same time?

    Thanks in advance.

    Markus

If all the pivot tables are built from the same data source, then you can use Slicers. Select a pivot table and then Insert -> Slicer. The application walks you though the process. Then select a slicer and a slicer ribbon will appear. Over to the left there will be a selection that will allow you to identify which pivot tables you want to control with that slicer. Do a web search on Slicer and Slicer link to pivot table and you should find what you want.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
