Hi
i want to chart my team data to use it to drive performance at work. the data is split into 3 sections , i would like to have some sort of graphs that i can use to give feedback to the team
i have attached my data, any help is greatly appreciated

Not exactly sure what type of chart you want or what you want to the chart to look like to help you view work performance, but here's one ideas. There are many other things that can be done, but you need to decide what you're looking to achieve.

Jeffrey i want to be able to send out feedback to the team and individually, i like what you have done with the average, this shows them a target to achieve if the are below this. is it possible to have the same for the allocation and phone data
