Graph / Pivot Help!!

Good Afternoon!

I say my Excel knowledge is definitely intermediate however my graph knowledge is very, very basic

I'm trying to generate some graphs for a monthly report showing forecasted figures against actual.
Rather than having a graph a month, I was hoping to add a sheet in with some INDEX MATCH formulas which would return different data depending on what month was selected on the 'dashboard'.

This works except I want the graph to always have the highest biller at the top;

I'd combated this by using pivot charts to drive the graphs however this meant having a graph for each month and this isn't particularly dynamic . . .

Is there anyway around this? Any advice would be hugely appreciated
