Pivot Report To Show On Time, Late and Early Data

Hello Experts
I have some data on manufacturing, and a column ‘O’ called Status, which shows which jobs Late, On Time or Early.
I need a pivot table report that will show me how many rows were early, late or on time with a timeline to show by months and if possible by date range
Also, a pivot chart to show the results in a visual manner
I have attached a small test file

This is a start. The pivot table shows the statuses by date. You could group the date into months and years.

If you want a date range, then you will probably need a helper column on the source data. I suggest you take two cells and give them each a name: Start_Date and End_Date. Then the formula becomes =AND([@[Planned Build Date]]>=Start_Date,[@[Planned Build Date]]<=End_Date) use the results of this column as the report filter.
