Dear All,
I have one year data in which pending order column is there which show date wise pending orders,
for example 01-Jan-2016,02-Jan-2016 and so on till 31-Mar-2017, here I want to see only particular month data for which now I have to select all dates for that particular month.
Is there any way to select on one click one month data like if i select Jan so it should show January data.

First thing i have noticed that in your data the dates are not as per your system date format. Do change according your system date.
Second thing whenever you post any file, that should not only link but also with data sheet.
Do attach your excel file with proper data set.
If you do follow my first advice you just need to group dates in to month and year in pivot there is an option under Group and group field ...
