Cell repeats value above if no data.

I have a pivot table based on a data model from a Power Query that has started to act strange. I have a name field in the model that isn't filled in until the date is past so it can remain blank on the pivot table. Now my pivot table is filling in every cell that should be blank with whatever name is on the cell above it. I am not sure how this happened or what I am missing but any help would be greatly appreciated. Below is a little example of what it looks like now and what should be blank.

15 06/16 Tom (SHOULD BE BLANK)
