pivot template available?

I wish to improve attached representation from crude bar chart (with index line representing S&P relative performance versus a portfolio of stocks, bonds, and other assets - 10 total) to a 'stacked' bar illustrating each constituent's performance within the monthly bar, versus the S&P.

I was told I need to start from a pivot format...I manually input the 11 total data points into the main spreadsheet...any suggestions?
