Suspect Im being very dumb but...

    Hello

I have a table of data below for which I wanted to create a nice graph which shows not only the raw numbers but what % they are of the total....However Im having a mind blank as cant do a simple pie chart because its not unqiue statuses and the total doesn't equal a total if that makes sense.

ie There are 4309 accounts. 1630 of them are missing the Territory value so that's 38% of the total. 456 have a duplicate name so that's 11%. That's what I want to show on a nice chart but some of those with missing Territory may also have duplicate names. Ive attempted a bar chart but I cant get it to show %? What are my options ? I guess my fallback plan is simply to manually edit the data labels and type the % in but I suspect Im missing better options? THANKS

    Total Accounts 4309
    Blank Territory 1630 38%
    Blank Country 533 12%
    Blank Post Code 822 19%
    Duplicate Name 456 11%

Changing your thread title is not optional, which means you must change it. Thanks!

    • Use concise, accurate thread titles.
    • Your post title should describe your problem, not your anticipated solution.
    • Use terms appropriate to a Google search - poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice tell us nothing.
    • Responding to a request to change your thread title by doing so is mandatory.

To change a title go to your first post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title.

No help to be offered, please, until the OP complies with this request.
