Hello, I am trying to replace percentage values in a table with pie graphs for each cell. e.g. 75% is 3/4 full- comparing the total amounts. Even if there is an alternative in lots of 25% this would be fantastic. Any help is appreciated

with Excel 2010 and later, the closest you can get is conditional formatting with Icon Sets, selecting the 5 quarters icon set. Play with the settings. For your data you may find that this works best:
