Thanks Sandy for your Info. But still waiting for an answer

Thank you. But my answer should be as mentioned below,Capture.JPG
With Detail Explanation of the required result,Capture.JPG
in both stacks or just in the bleu one?
Atrition % is a % of what? (headcount or OT or both of them)?
In both stacks it should come. I need the chart as per the picture. I should have an option to select the department, then month wise i should get the Headcount and OT details. Attrition % is the stacked one.
So you want the atrition % in both columns.Attrition % is the stacked one.
Did you realise the value of the % is so small it will not (or almost not) be noticed in the column.
So why you want the % in the same column as the value of headcount AND OT details?
What information do get on that presentation?
You did not answer this question.Atrition % is a % of what?
I try to get a view on what you are trying to show in your graph.
Is it possibe to keep Headcount, OT & Attrition next to next. No stack column is required then as it is complicated. Make it simple
Pivot.xlsx
If you want a simple one (3 columns) you can use this one.
This is completely fine. But how to bring the data in this format?Capture1.JPG
I added a new header in the file, so I could use power query.
Power query is available as add in from Excel 2010 versions.
It is available in Excel 2016.
After that I used formula's (in the table) to get the right data for the pivot graph.
See the earlier added file for the formula's.
Thanks Oeldere. For your support. I'm closing this thread.
