    Updating Tables From Pivots

Hello, I've been trying to work this out on my own for awhile now but I've hit a bit of a wall. I'm trying to get a table generated froma pivot table to update if the pivot is refresh and if data changes on that pivot. The first image shows three items owned by three different people. The first set is what was entered by myself, the second is the pivot generated by that set, the thrid is generated when I double click the grand total value.

Below I have updated the raw data and the pivot but I see no way to update the table that was created from the pivot. In my mind it stopping at the pivot does not really make ans sense to me. Am I missing something?

    I am using Excel 2016

Pictures are of little value. Honestly, no one wants to re-type your data to try and solve your issue. Additionally, we would only be guessing at how your data was structured, ie. formulas, formatting, etc. Additionally, due to how some browsers behave, many of our members cannot see uploaded pictures/images. Please do not take this route.
Please attach a sample file that represents what you have. The structure of your attachment should be the same structure as your actual data. Any proprietary information should be changed.
Include in the attachment any code you're currently using (whether it works or not) and an After of what you wish the output to be.

To attach an Excel file to your post,
    • click Go Advanced,
    • scroll down until you see Manage Attachments,
    • click that and select Browse,
    • select your file and click Open,
    • click Upload and you will see your attachment below Upload Files from a website
    • click Close this window,
    • click Submit reply

After that you should see attachment in your post

The extracted records are copies of the original records in the pivot table source data. They are not linked to the original records or to the pivot table. If you want to change the data, go to the original source data, and make the change there.
