Sunburst Chart Excel 2016

Hi Everyone,

I am creating a sunburst chart on Excel (Automatically) but having some trouble with 2 things:

1) In the legend, the axis labels with no data in the series have no color - I want the legend to show a color for those points even though they don't have data and they won't show in the chart.

2) Is there anyway to manually edit the colors of the different data markers of the same series data in the chart?
