Excel 2016 getting Freeze during inserting chart

Not sure what could be causing the problem for you, but I noticed a very large gap in the main table of your data. From row 31306 to 65494. I deleted all the empty rows and redid the pivot table. Inserted a chart. It looks a lot cleaner.

How to check these empty lines & deleted ? I pull the data from ERP system to the excel and start making report. And have you try without deleted lines, does it work with lines (Chart appear or not )

I discovered the empty rows by trying to find the bottom of the data table. I then filtered by size to not show anything but blanks. Deleted all the blank rows. Re-did the pivot table.
Yes, I was able to insert a chart on your version of the file, but it didn't look very good. Did not make a very good presentation.

The only other thing that that I can think of that might cause problems is that your data was in a table format.
You can turn it back into range data by selecting any cell within the data, go to the Table Tools Design menu/ribbon, select "Convert to Range".

I am sorry. I can't think of anything else that might be preventing you from creating a chart.
