Excel 2016 simple line chart issues (label is detached & format won't take for 1 location)

Hello -
This is my first post, so if I'm starting off wrong, let me know and I'll correct things.
I have the 2016 version of excel, purchased as a stand alone from MS (but not a part of Office). And I have been merrily learning how to set up a health tracking chart. And I am pleased with it, except there are two issues that I can't seem to resolve, either in trying to noodle them out, or googling them.

The first is that one of my line labels is not attached to the chart, while all the others are. If I move the chart, everything moves with it, except this one label (Systolic). In experimenting around while learning, I must have done something different with this label to make it detached from the chart, but I can't figure out what.

The second problem is that, for some reason if i enter an exercise duration on line 15 (F15), the dot shows up, but not the text. All the other boxes work just fine. Again, I must have done something wrong, but can't see what.

Could someone take a look at my spreadsheet and see how the heck I goofed things up ?
