Showing Variance in a Pivot Chart

Hello,

I'm trying to add variance labels to my pivot chart by adding a variance line and then removing the line and just keeping the data labels. I'm stuck on trying to get the secondary axis to always match the primary axis, even when the chart pivots with the use of slicers. See attachment for details.

Any help would be appreciated.
