I have set-up a pivot table from a firm data set. The PivotTable fields I have selected are as follows:
Columns - Period
Rows - Type>Billing Rule Title>Job Title>Employee
Values - Sum of Total Raw Cost Amounts.
I have set the pivot up this way to allow for actuals, budget and variance to be shown in one pivot without having to filter the type. With the above there is one data set for an "Employee" under a Billing Rule Title that is not populated under the budget data. I have verified that the data is included in the selected data set.
When I move "Type" to filters the missing data appears. I then move the "Type" back to Rows and the data is gone again.
Any idea how to have the data show up when not applying anything under filters?
