Excel 2016 - Plotting trend lines on a graph

Hi I wonder if someone can help me please? If this is possible?

I'm limited on my graph skills.

We have been given this graph:

And would like to know if its actually possible to split the trend into 2 separate lines, history weeks prior to week 52 2017 and weeks in the future? But appear next to each other so can see history and future?

The data is there from weeks 15 - 52 2017 and weeks 1-28 2018.

Morning, I have been trying to do this for about a day now my boss thought it would be an easy thing to do. I'm determined to crack it.

I took the data I would like to use into a separate tab, and as it is based on weeks, it doesn't seem to matter if I custom format dd/yy or dd/yyyy, or yy/dd or yyyy/dd it isn't accurately charting it, the 2 years get mixed up and its just using the week number. Can I only have 2 trendlines on a scatter graph not a line graph?

What do you think please?

I want to have one trend line showing 2017 and another showing 2018. I have tried to use just a line graph, but again its using the week number only and dismissing the year.

My boss does want to see the trends based on the FTY numbers though (First Time Yield)

I really hope somebody can help me so I can find the way round. I'll be so grateful. I'm feeling pretty stupid at the moment.

OK didn't know I could do that, am going to find out how to do that, I can't see an icon for attaching an actual workbook

I have uploaded my workbook in manage attachments, now need to see how it attaches to a message.

Why not convert the week numbers to dates and graph as a single series on a scatter plot?
