Pivot Table Show Details has stopped working

I have used show details on pivot tables for years but all of the sudden it has stopped working and now when I double click on a total or right click "show details" I get hundreds more records than the number shown. I have been into Pivot table Options and disabled "show details" and tried again then I have re-enabled and tried again but the same happens. Am at a total loss.

Show details returns all the data that matches the criteria in force. In this case those criteria are Fire, GB and 2014, which results in 379 records. It does not (and never has) return only the rows that actually have data in a particular field.
