Pivot - Percentage to compare two subtitle columns

Dear Excel Forum Team,

I am currently working on some automated pivot extractions from our ERP.
Generally it works quite well, but I am struggling to find a solution for adding percentages...
I would like is to include a percentage comparing two Subtotals. In the sheet attached, I would like to compare the subtotal 2018 to 2017 and see the increase/decrease in percentage.

Any help / advice is much appreciated!

Your version of Ex is incomprehensible to me. I hope you have or can install the Power Query add-on. I made two pivot tables with the YoY and YoY% computational field based on the PQ query. See if this solution is good for you?

Thank you very much for your swift reply!
I think the version of Excel was confusing as I am mainly working on OSX.
The file you sent me was visible but not modifiable on OSX. I then tried via the server on Windows and it's already clearer.
Unfortunately Power Query does not yet exist on OSX, but I will see if it's possible to install on the server so I can work with it there.
In any case your reply pointed me in the right direction, will have a look at Power Query.
