Repeat item Lables for a single column.

I have a pivot created from a position report. In column D I have the Name of the person in the position, in column E their position number. If a position goes vacant, the name disappears and is replaced by "Vacant". My problem is when I have multiple vacancies; the pivot shows each position number, but only "Vacant" for the top entry in the Name column; the rest are blank for the name field. My other fields are "Reports To", "DeptID", "Program", followed by Name and Position. For the other fields I DON'T want to repeat item labels, but for "Name" I do. is there a way to do it other than converting my pivot to values?

BTW I can post an example later (about to go into a meeting). Can't do it now because I'd have to strip out a ton of sensitive information, which will take a while.
I know I'm not stupid, but I suspect I'm a lot stupider than I think I am

What is your key (1st) field in your PT?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

I've posted a sample. The names are all bogus constructs, and I've marked in red where I'd like "Vacant" to fill.

Right mouse button on the cell "Name" - field settings. Go to "Layout and print" and select "Repeat item labels"

Stasink,
That is so sweet! I never knew you could do that for a specific column! This rocks my world! Thanks!
