My boss wants a highly formatted report, and I'm trying to do it in a pivot table. But one area is giving me trouble, so I'm asking for help. In the table attached, in the "Acct Descr" column, I'd like to outline unique items (see the "How I'd like it" tab if my description falls short). I wasn't sure if there was a Pivot function that would do it, or if I needed to achieve it through Conditional Formatting. I started going down that road by couldn't figure out the formula to use. Any help would be highly appreciated.
