Line Chart with different time

Short but useless answer -- yes it is possible.

I am not exactly sure how you are wanting to show these two data sets in the chart. Whatever you want, though, I would expect to start as an XY scatter chart.

Because your X values are using dates/times, you will want to review something like this: https://www.excel-easy.com/examples/scatter-chart.html that explains how Excel stores and works with dates and times. Then, make sure your time stamps are real date/time serial numbers and not text strings.
