Pie chart printing in stripes, missing colour

Dear all,

I am making a leaflet with two pie charts in. One has started printing in stripes instead of solid colour as it is on the screen. (The colours are the correct colours). Yesterday it was the other one printing in stripes, but that seems to have been fixed but I don't know how!
I feel it is related to the chart I created on the Excel sheet, but have no idea really. Can I break the link? It could be to do with the transmission to the printer? I have tried printing from a pdf and a Word version. Many thanks for any ideas, Leni.

Have you checked the ink levels in the printer, and/or cleaned the printing heads?

Thanks for the try, Pete, but the printer is quite a high end office one and it would tell me if it had a problem. I think if the heads were off it would not be the case that one chart printed right yesterday and one did today, though it could be how the data is transmitted to the Screen Shot 2018-08-24 at 18.20.36.png printer?
Not sure if I have managed to attach a screenshot of the stripes?

Is the printer driver the most up-to-date one?

I don't think it will be anything to do with Excel if it displays okay on screen.
