Question Average of % in Grand Total

Hi All,

I have a query regarding Pivot Table Grand Total.

I have a data of handlers daily utilization. for Utilization %, in field Items-Calculated Fields I create Utilization % using (=SUM(AHT)/"09:00") this formula.
Now I get correct percentage of utilization day wise.

However In Grand Total its showing as Sum of all percentage, so instead of Sum in Grand Total I want Average of all percentage.
I tried to change but not able to change this. when I right click the function of "Summarize Value by" option is grey out, so not able to change it.

kindly help

Re: Average of % in Grand Total

Just a note that calculating an average of percentages is mathematically incorrect. A percentage is basically an average (x/y), and you cannot take an average of averages.
You need to sum both x and y, then get the % of those totals.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
