Short but useless answer -- yes, this is possible.

I find that a lot of charting questions are really spreadsheet questions, but you have not shared any details of your spreadsheet. In a broad overview, I would expect something like the following procedure:
1) Import step to bring raw data into the spreadsheet (sounds like you already have this step).
2a) Add a helper range with appropriate formulas to extract the most recent 30 points from the raw data. OR
2b) Add appropriate dynamic named ranges that point to the most recent 30 points in the raw data.
3) Create chart that uses either 2a or 2b as the source data.
