Multi-bar stacked 100% graph (Department budgets)

I have a simple chart outlining the budget allocation for division of my organization and within each division, each team. What I am looking for is a way to convey that information as a 100% stack bar graph; i.e. 1 bar on the graph would be sales, and that bar would be further broken down into 3 sections, one for sales team 1, team 2 and team 3. Beside that bar on the same graph, Finance, and that bar would be broken down into 4 sections outlining the 4 teams in the spreadsheet. Some divisions only have 1 team, so the bar would just be 1 solid colour.

I admit the extent of my chart knowledge in excel is Insert -> pick a graph so if there's an obvious fix to this, I am without a doubt just missing it.
