Adding series to stacked graph - problem

Good morning, is anyone able to help me complete this graph please?

I am just trying to extend the range and continue adding the series PIP, PKG, RTR to the graph but every time I try, it seems to mess up my graph and no longer keeps it split out by week??
I'm not sure how to overcome this problem...

Assuming I understand correctly, Excel adds all new series as line chart series plotted on the secondary axis system -- just like series 7. The solution is to
1) change each new series so that it is on the primary axis system (format series dialog) and
2) change its chart type to stacked column. (select data series and select chart tools -> Design -> Change chart type)
3) When I was finished, Excel had also changed the gap width back to its default, so I had to format a data series and set the gap width back to 0. (format data series dialog again).
