Display Data - Daily Rates

Hi

I need a little help with displaying some data please

The attached xls show a sample of data taken from our database that has meteors detected over an 8 day period.

In its current format the graph is accurate but does not show visually what Im after.

The peak of activity is on days 4 and 5 and if you look at user data typically the the rates are double from a typical daily count, but the graph does not really show that
is there something I can do with the data so when plotted you can see visually that there is a significant increase
