I have a list of stock codes with the same long description and various qtys. I’m trying to create a pivot and show unique stock codes with long description and consolidated (sum) qtys for each stock code. I’m having issues pulling the description in the second column.
Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Select your pivot table, then select the Pivot Table Tools - Design ribbon, and click
Layout > Subtotals > Do Not Show Subtotals
Layout > Grand Totals > Off For Rows And Columns
Layout > Report Layout > Show In Tabular Form
