How do I get the month name under the bar in a bar graph when both are adjacent

Hello Everyone. I am new to Excel Forums. My apologies if this is not the right sub-forum for my query. I have data that I am trying to convert in to bar graphs so that I can display the graphs on a form that contains information about the associated account. The data is set up so that you have the account number, month, data followed by the next month, data, etc, etc; this information is all in the same row. I would like to be able to make a bar graph that has the month below the bar for multiple records. As the data is currently constituted I am not able to get the month below the bar that contains the data that is adjacent to the month. I will have hundreds of records to to make graphs for. Is Excel capable of making bar graphs with the data array configured as it is? If not, what adjustment would I have to make to get a bar graph the way I have described earlier? Please keep in mind I will have hundreds of records to process.

Thank you in advance for any and all assistance. My apologies again; I am brand new to this forum and brand new to Excel as well. (Hopefully I have attached the sample file correctly).

Re: Is Excel able to help with this charting challenge

    Hi, welcome to the forum.
Could you attach an Excel file with a chart like you want it to appear?
The csv file is plain data. A file with the actual chart (dummy data) will tell more

Keebellah, I will attach a Excel file with a chart based on a sample of data I have.
Below the columns (not bars, my apologies) is where I want the name of the month to appear; where the numbers 1, 3, 5, 7, etc currently appear.
I do not know if this attachment is what you are requesting. If the attached file is not correct, please let me know and I will try again.

I am not that great with graphic harts but the way the data is presented I think it is not possible.
You only chore row 4 of the data set and it alternates value and a month name.

It's possible but you have to use the Select Data dialog to manually select the non-contiguous ranges for both the values and category labels.

You may find it simpler to build to sets of chartable data, where values and labels are in contiguous ranges.
