Hello so my problem is I have a pivot table summary made from multiple sheets that tracks how many projects need that task done by month. (Below attached is the screen shots to better explain). So my problem is in my data tabs there is 3 options for the user to choose (p)- planned (c)- completed and (cr)-cancelled, i want my pivot table to ONLY pick up and reflect when people place (p)'s. The data sheet will always be changing with P's deleted or replaced with c/cr. Is there any way for it to only read the p's?
