Automatic time line creation of weekly data export

Hi Everyone

I need to learn how to create a chart that tracks the changes in data values, from a file, that is updated weekly.

Please see attached items.

- The HTML (changed to .txt for uplaod purposes) file is what I can create on a weekly basis. This is data that is exported from our CAD models, specifically Autodesk Revit.
- Then, I have created a excel in which this data is queried, warning messages are given hierarchies and a chart is created.

As above, I’d like to keep the current chart but have an additional one that creates a historic view. Last week there were 500, this week 300, 4 weeks ago 100 etc.

Is this something that excel can do based on a weekly updated html file (no renaming and save as with date), and what is the process called?
