Hi
I have a simple chart showing daily cells against MTD target.
My issue is that it shows future dates as 0 instead of ""
Please see attached. I don't pretend to be an expert with charts, and any assistance is approceiated.

Hi Paul,
I'm guessing you are referring to the Total Sales line. If so, change the formula in F6 copied down to...
=IF(N(E6),E6,NA())
You can then hide the #N/A by applying some conditional formatting.
Conditional Formatting
- Highlight applicable range >> F6:F32
- Home Tab >> Styles >> Conditional Formatting >> New Rule
- Select a Rule Type: Use a formula to determine which cells to format
- Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true: =ISNA(F6)
- Format… [Number, Font, Border, Fill] >> Pick White font
- OK >> OK
However, to get the CF to work, you'll have to ditch the alternating colors. The white font will show up on the blue rows so you will still see the #N/A.

Thanks so much. That does the trick!
Glad to hear that and thanks for the feedback.
An issue came up with entering 0 sales for today. Causes an error.

Chart showing new error now attached to previous post.
Try pasting the following into cell F6 and copying down: =IF(ISNUMBER(E6),SUM(E6,F5),NA())
