Hi, This bubble chart is working, except the X Axis should be showing ranges of 0-4, 5-9, etc... but it's showing just numbers of 1 to 6. Any idea how to fix that, if I can?

Based on your picture, right click on the Horizontal Axis, Select Data, and then Edit the Horizontal (Category) Axis Labels to use the Years as the Labels.
If this does not work, post a workbook sample vice a picture. We often can't work with a picture.

I am not sure it is doable. But You can use labels to present it.

A bubble chart, like an XY scatter chart, uses a value axis for the horizontal axis, and therefore must have numbers on that axis. Your "a-b" ranges are text strings, and cannot be represented on a numeric axis.
Excel does not have a built in way to add text categories to a numeric/value axis, but such an effect can be cobbled together in other ways. Two techniques spring immediately to mind:
Approach A) Though a bubble chart cannot use text categories for the horizontal axis, I know many other chart types that natively support text categories -- like line charts. So, if I can create a bubble + line combination chart and get the bubble chart's numeric horizontal axis to line up with the line chart's category axis, I will have the effect I want. Assuming you are already somewhat familiar with creating combination charts:
A1) Add a dummy series to the chart that includes the appropriate text categories for the horizontal x axis data and change this series to a line chart.
A2) Spend some time fiddling with the primary and secondary horizontal axes until the bubble chart's axis correctly lines up with the line chart's category axis. (this can be a little tedious as it will usually require some trial and error to get the axes to line up).
Approach B) Add a dummy series with markers at the right position on the horizontal axis, then use the data labels for those points to show the desired category text. Essentially, it is this technique (https://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts...egoryAxis.html ) applied along the horizontal axis instead of along the vertical axis.
B1) Add data to the spreadsheet for the desired dummy series. Add this data series to the chart.
B2) Add data labels to the dummy series, use values from cells, and use the text in the first row.
