Color a bubble chart based on a range of numbers

Is there a way to creat a dynamic bubble chart in which the bubble is colored based on a range of numbers?

For example, if the value is between 25-40, the bubble is green...

Currently, I'm using =IF($I13=O$11,$K13,NA()) which allows a series to be seperated by color, but need this additional functionality.

Something like like, where B13 contains the value to test and K13 the value to plot. Change references as applicable.

=IF(AND($B13>=25,$B13<=40),$K13,NA())
