chart that utilizes alternating columns?

I am tracking my employees while they telework and need to create a chart to help. I have create a table for the number of calls, but I also need to add in the average length. I have created a chart for the number of calls, but how can i add the data for the average length without screwing up my chart? So in my attachment the top table is what I use now, the bottom table is what I would like to use. How can i accomplish this? Thanks!

The textbook method would be to use a single row for each data point instead of using a table. I see why you want to view the data like your example, but a good design separates how to enter the data vs. how to view the data. I have shown a Data Entry sheet, and then a View Data sheet that uses a pivot table. You did not provide Avg Min values so I made some up.

Now you enter the data on Data Entry, and then refresh the pivot table on the View sheet and it looks like your desired sheet. (right-click anywhere in the table and click Refresh).

I added another pivot table/chart combination on the View page to show chart you want. The data is organized differently to give the chart format you want.
