Auto update the cell dat from row into columns for a document record book

Dears,

I usually need to maintain the document approval records in an excel sheet. the details will be entered in respective rows continuously until the document is finally approved. But now i need to have the total history of documents in single columns which will help me more . I have attached the format and required format. Please advise me with any formula that will make my life easy. looking to hear something from experts
