Add custom geografical regions to excel for using it in map charts.

Hello, i'm using Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus

Sorry for images links being like that, first post, can't put links or images, but this is crutial for this problem i have. Just delete space after dot in the link. Thanks and sorry.

I'm trying to make an interactive map chart in excel. The problem i ran into is that i need to make custom geografical regions that my company is using for all data, this is a MUST and i can't use any way around. For example, excel has no problem in creating map charts with basic geografical data like countries, cities or even zip codes (IMG1). BUT, i use data, that is withdrawn from my company database, that use custom regions only we use and i need somehow add those geografical regions to excel. Those custom regions not only has different names, but custom borders, that has no geografical logic that i can explain to excel (like South of France or etc.), for example, custom regions i need to use looks like this (IMG2). Regions i painted and made in example are created in Google maps editor. There is no problem, to do what i do in Excel 3D Maps, i found a way to import custom regions to 3D maps.

First of all i export my map, that i made in Google maps editor to .kml file (IMG3), then i make 3D map in excel with names of regions i used in my google maps editor, and press the custom regions icon (IMG4), and import my .kml file that i exported from google maps (IMG5);(IMG6). And it's done, i only need to select the type of regions so excel can understand that he needs to read custom made regions and arrange those by that and its done (IMG7), now i can work with my custom regions in 3D maps, the problem is, that 3D maps is not interactive enough, there is no slicers on the map, so other workers wouldn't be able to customize data that they need + can't add more charts to map.

Is there any way to make same custom geografical regions to map chart, as i did to 3D maps?(IMG8) This image is provided after i imported custom regions to 3D maps, so i guess it's not sharing data with map charts. The options may be even like creating those regions with some external programs like arcGis, i don't mind it, but i need it done somehow, i'm open for all solutions.

Sorry for long post, but i already posted in couple forums and can't get help at all, but i really need this project to be done at all, thaks for all replies.
