Hi everyone,
So I’m working on a sales tracker and so far everything has been going pretty well (thanks to some help from this forum), But I’ve hit a wall. I have a Dashboard with a pivot bar chart in the center, a standard pivot table on the right, and on the left, I would like to have three pivot circle charts going down the side. Going across the bottom I have three slicers called “Quarter” “Period” and “Week” that I would like to have linked to all the pivot charts/tables on the dashboard (including the circle charts)
I would like to have each circle chart show a different attach ratio (a sales rep was able to attach product Y when the customer bought product X). For example, In Q1 Period 1, week 1, 15 units of product X were sold and product Y was successfully attached to 8 of them, giving an attach rate of 53%. The next week (Q1, P1, W2) 30 units of product x were sold and 18 had product Y attached, giving an attach rate of 60% and for all of period 1 lets say the attach rate was 75%. I’ve made circle charts before, but from data that was from the same week. I’m not sure how I can show these attach ratios across multiple weeks, periods, and quarters and link everything up to the same slicer. Also, how could I easily calculate these ratios?
I’ve attached a generic sample of my tracker to give a better idea of what I’m talking about
